Acetyl-l-carnitine and arginine play roles in healthy male reproductive function, including antioxidant protection. Acetyl-l-carnitine is present in human sperm and seminal fluid and plays an important part in energy metabolism, which may support healthy sperm motility and spermatogenesis, or sperm production.
