Amino-Mag 200 is a patented, nutritionally functional magnesium amino acid chelate (Albion Labs) with excellent bioavailability. Each tablet delivers 200 mg of elemental magnesium as a glycinate/lysinate (95/5%) chelate.ÂÂ
Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (amino acid chelate) 200 mg
Ingredients:
Magnesium glycinate/lysinate, cellulose, vegetable stearine, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.
Contains no yeast; corn; wheat; soya; sugar or other sweeteners; artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
Suggested Use:
One to two tablets daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a physician.  Take with food.
