Usage:
Each serving (1 tsp) supplies 200 mg of elemental magnesium as magnesium chloride. One (1) serving daily is recommended for those who might benefit from a significantly higher intake of magnesium.
Precautions:
WARNING: Use only as recommended. Magnesium chloride is generally well tolerated. Most side effects are due to toxicity (hypermagnesemia). Mild hypermagnesemia is generally well tolerated, but severe hypermagnesemia can affect the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Therefore, magnesium chloride may be contraindicated in patients with renal impairment or marked cardiovascular disease.
