Blackcurrant Seed Oil is a source of omega-6 essential fatty acids, expecially gamma linolenic acid (GLA), at 40 mg per capsule. Blackcurrant seed oil is the richest source of omega-6 (GLA) per ounce of all vegetable oils.

Usage:
Like Biomega-3 it is used with inflammation, hypertension due to vasoconstriction, uterine constriction, skin conditions (such as eczema), muscle cramps, and menstrual cramps. It’s a synergist to zinc, vitamin B6 and magnesium. Use 4 capsules a day with a meal. During the acute phase of menstrual cramps, use four capsules, three times a day with meals. Blackcurrant Seed Oil reduces the intensity of uterine spasms; that’s why it works in menstrual cramps. It is a most effective nutrient, (providing dairy is removed), for eczema, especially adolescent eczema. The use of Blackcurrant Seed Oil and the removal of dairy result in almost universal improvement for the patient with eczema. This product used with Flaxseed oil and Biomega-3 is a potent essential supplement (the forgotten cure) in so many "medical conditions" today. 1 to 3 capsules each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a health care professional.

Each capsule supplies:

GLA (gamma linolenic acid) 40 mg
ALA (alpha linolenic acid) 35 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherols) 10 I.U.
