  
FOS is a probiotic enhancing combination of the non-digestible carbohydrates, l-ketose GF2, nystose GF3, and fructofuransylnystose, which helps maintain an intestinal environment hospitable to beneficial microflora. FOS supports natural intestinal mechanical barriers, thereby reducing intestinal permeability.
