Jarrow Formulas Ginkgo Biloba 50:1 is standardized at 24% ginkgoflavonglycosides (or heterosides) and a minimum of 6% terpene lactones. Ginkgolides AandB are the most active fractions. Ginkgo Biloba has a wide range of beneficial effects, including increased cerebral circulation and antioxidant protection.
NOTE: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Persons facing surgery, having bleeding problems or undergoing other treatment which may affect the ability of blood to clot - especially anticoagulant (blood thinning) therapy - should not take this product. Persons taking medication should consult their physician before taking Ginkgo Biloba.
