Two VCapsules contain:
Glucosamine sulfate (shellfish)
from 666 mg of glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (sodium free) 500 mg

(standardized to contain 5% gingerols) 250 mg.  
Curcuma longa (turmeric) extract (root)
(standardized to contain 97% curcumin) 250 mg.  
Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 16 mg.  

Suggested Use:
2-6 vegetarian capsules per day, in divides doses, with meals.
