GTF Chromium provides a complex of the organic form of chromium, consisting of trivalent chromium bonded to nicotinic acid, glycine, glutamic acid and cysteine to form the glucose tolerance factor (GTF).When glucose, the primary fuel for the brain, is abnormally low, the brain feels the effects first which, in turn, leads to symptoms such as depression, anxiety and blurred vision. Recommended Dosage:
Adults: One tablet two to three times daily with meals.
Children under 12: One tablet one to two times daily with meals.
