  
Melatonin nutritionally augments the natural functioning of the pineal gland.
Each VCapsule Contains
melatonin 3 mg.
(hypo-allergenic plant fiber added to complete capsule volume requirement)
Suggested use:
1 vegetarian capsule 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime.
