(seed) (Silybum marianum [L] Gaertn) Standardized to provide 200 mg of silymarin
Milk Thistle (seed) (non-standardized) 100 mg
Other ingredients: Cellulose and vegetable stearate
Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily between meals or as directed by your health care professional.  If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
