Nattokinase+ is a combination of two potent fibrinolytic enzymes: nattokinase and serrapeptase. Each capsule provides 720 units of fibrinolytic enzyme activity from nattokinase and 300 units of fibrinolytic enzyme activity from serrapeptase, a total of 1,020 fibrinolytic units per capsule.
