Also called Vitamin B3 this is a very special B vitamin. An overwhelming number of studies have shown that niacin is effective in reducing cholesterol in the blood. Niacin is especially useful for people who have a hereditary predisposition to high cholesterol. Niacin is also useful for the treatment of various circulatory problems as it dilates the blood vessels. Due to niacin’s unique ability to increase circulation and dissolve fats it has a tendency to run out toxins and radiation from the body.
