Provides omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a ratio designed to create a healthful balance of these essential fatty acids within the body. Omega Plus' omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, are obtained from marine fish oils, while the omega-6 fatty acid, GLA, is obtained from the seeds of the borage plant.
Each Gelcap contains:
GLA (gamma linolenic acid) from Borage oil 40mg
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 180mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 120mg
