This extract has been prescribed in Germany for over a quarter century. Migraine headache symptoms are thought to be due to constriction, followed by a rebound relaxation of cerebral blood vessels. Supplementation with Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) extract helps maintain cerebral smooth muscle tone, inhibits pro-inflammatory leukotriene synthesis, and provides an analgesic effect.
Each Gelcap contains:
Butterbur (30:1) extract (root)(Petasites hybridus)
(standardized for at least 7.5mg of Petasin and Isopetasin) 50mg
Other Ingredients: All natural coloring: Riboflavin, Glycerol, Gelatin and Titanoxide.

Dosage: 1 gelcap two times a day with meals. Do not take if pregnant or nursing a baby.
