Red Yeast Rice has been a part of the traditional Chinese diet for centuries.
It is created by fermenting cooked rice with Monascus purpureus yeast at
carefully controlled temperatures. Red yeast rice contains natural pigments,
starch, fatty acids, phytosterols and isoflavones along with a group of fungal

SUGGESTED DOSAGE
For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed
