Each Capsule Contains:
Shark Cartilage
Freeze-dried (vacuum process) physically processed Shark Cartilage 740 mg.
Other ingredients: Gelatin, cellulose, vegetable stearate, and silica.
Suggested Usage:
Adults take 1 capsule for every 11 pounds of body weight for the first 3 weeks - NOT TO EXCEED 18 CAPSULES DAILY. Take in equal amounts 15 minutes before meals. Thereafter, take 4 to 6 capsules daily, or as directed by physician.
