Super EFA Liquid is a great tasting, concentrated and pharmaceutical grade fish oil preparation containing the highest amounts of eicospaentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) of any fish oil product.

Adults: Take one teaspoon two times daily with meals.
Children under 12: Take one teaspoon two times daily with meals.
Contraindications: Surgery. You must stop taking fish oils, vitamin E, and herbs which cause thinning of the blood (i.e Gingko) 4 days before any surgery since it will interfere with blood clotting during post-operative recovery.
