Most clinical research on vitamin E (showing antioxidant protection, reduced incidence of cardiovascular disease, neurolgoical protection, and ocular support) has been conducted utilizing pure alpha tocopherol. However, gamma tocopherol is in the highest concentration in the diet, and some studies have found superior effects using mixed tocopherols supplementally.

Vitamine E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol from 1,000 mg mixed tocopherols) 500 IU

d-Alpha Tocopherol (500 IU min) 335 mg
Beta Tocopherol* 9-11 mg
Gamma tocopherol* 400-450 mg
Delta tocopherol* 115-150 mg
