Each Capsule Contains:
Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) 200 mg. ÂÂ
Standardized to .8-1% Valeric acid or valerenic acid (Europe)
Other ingredients: Cellulose and vegetable stearate
Suggested Usage:
Adults take 1 capsule daily at bedtime or between meals or as directed by physician.
